Commercial Events Coordinator for social enterprise close to Waterloo / SE1 - £30,000 plus great bens and WFH!
Events Coordinator to join an established team at this vibrant charity / social enterprise based close to Waterloo in SE1. You will be part of a successful team who look after events for external clients as well as liaising B2B on conferences and exhibitions.
Duties will include:
- Coordination of events including exhibitions and conferences
- Keeping database updated
- Liaison with clients and external suppliers
- Being on hand during office hours to ensure that events run smoothly
- Team Assistant / PA duties / administration
This role would suit a candidate with some prior events or conferences experience as well as great customer service skills and some administration / coordination experience. Good IT skills and attention to detail are also key as you will represent the organisation externally as part of a small, commercial team.
