Events Manager

Our client, a prominent international Art gallery, is in search of an exceptional Events Manager to join their vibrant and fast-paced team. This role offers a diverse set of responsibilities, involving extensive client interaction. We are seeking an outstanding communicator with a proven track record of cultivating strong relationships. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, finding enjoyment in both the administrative and process-driven aspects of event coordination, along with successful on-the-day execution.

Candidates with backgrounds in events, significant exposure to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), and careers in client services are encouraged to apply. Relevant qualifications such as strong project administration experience or PRINCE 2 certification are also valued for this position due to its substantial organisational demands. The events portfolio encompasses a wide spectrum, ranging from intimate gallery openings and dinners to academic lectures and large-scale companywide celebrations, including Christmas and launch parties.

Creativity and versatility are key attributes we are seeking, along with a genuine interest in The Arts/Culture. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to leverage their imagination. Reporting directly to the global Events Director, the role also includes overseeing the events coordinator already in place, making prior line management experience a valuable asset.
