Description
- Plan, develop and execute a range of events that align with the organisation's objectives.
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth operation of events.
- Manage budget allocation and ensure events are delivered within financial parameters.
- Coordinate with marketing team to promote events and drive attendance.
- Ensure all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and technical requirements are managed effectively.
- Track event outcomes and provide post-event reports for review.
- Identify opportunities for new events and initiatives that support the organisation's mission.
- Ensure all events adhere to health and safety regulations.
Profile
A successful Events Manager should have:
- Events agency background would be great!
- A degree in Event Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering successful events.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.
- A strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
