International Marketing Associate
- Learning best approach in the creation of marketing materials
- Understanding appropriate activity within the ABPI Code of Practice
- Working in accordance with our compliance procedures, legislation and regulatory requirements at all times. This includes, but not limited to, directives and guidance such as PMCPA, NMC, APBI Code of Practice, GMDP and other GxPs.
- Building knowledge of the neurology portfolio
- Plan and organise international congresses incl. scientific symposia
- Develop marketing materials in line with the strategy and ensure execution of the campaigns in the local markets
- Create job bags and time manage the dissemination of marketing materials ensuring quality checks, consistency, and adherence to the SOPs or agreements as relevant
- Collaborate with affiliates in the communication of the marketing campaigns and be the point of contact for the brand
- Provide product and brand training to the international markets
- Create and maintain internal marketing project trackers, manage timelines and other internal documentation
- Development of communications and campaigns to support attendance at external & internal meetings
- Management of contracts, Purchase Order creation, tracking and receipting
- Build relationships between BPL and external vendors/agencies
As needed based on the current business requirement:
- Assist with additional adhoc duties when required
- Degree educated, ideally in marketing, business, or life sciences
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Proactive and flexible approach to managing projects
- Able to travel on occasions (20% national & international)
