If yes is the answer. Then Randstad has the role for you- - We're currently offering an opportunity for a Exams Officer to work Full-time in a School in Bradford ASAP until the end of the academic year.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within an educational setting, preferably in examinations or assessments.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office applications and database management.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer all aspects of the examination process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and examination board guidelines.
- Liaise with academic staff, students, and examination boards to facilitate the smooth running of examinations.
- Organise exam timetables, venues, and invigilation schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet the needs of diverse cohorts.
- Oversee the secure handling, distribution, and return of examination papers and materials, maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding examination procedures, regulations, and special arrangements.
- Collate and accurately record examination results, producing reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Stay abreast of developments in examination regulations and procedures, implementing changes effectively to ensure compliance and efficiency.
