Reed Recruitment is partnering with a successful Cheltenham based firm looking to grow their team with the addition of an experienced, forward-thinking and pro-active Executive Assistant who will play a pivotal role to support their Senior Leadership team. The team is made up of 4 executives and you will be responsible for supporting the with the effective management of their day-to-day responsibilities and enabling optimisation of their productivity through a combination of schedule management, ownership of key administrative responsibilities and additional personal accountability for relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Business reporting and analytics
- Ownership of organisation and progression of ad-hoc key projects
- General office/business management
- Resource planning and administration, to ensure operational efficiency and effective utilisation of all staff.
- General housekeeping and compliance management for the key company systems – ensuring the team is adhering to relevant standards.
- New client “go-live” – all relevant onboarding administration and set-up of new clients.
- Broader team administration including such things as absence management, annual performance reviews, travel & expenses and general office/housekeeping tasks.
