Salary: £30.28 per hour
This will be a Senior Executive Assistant role supporting three very busy executives with diary management, travel coordination, expenses, stakeholder engagement, and compiling reports on performance and staff feedback. You will also support key company projects ensuring these hit time deadlines and you will be a go-to person in the office supporting with operations and general support.
Executive AssistantResponsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the three Directors, managing their schedules, emails, and prioritizing communication effectively
- Coordinating complex and ever-changing calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Arranging all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa processing, ensuring seamless logistics
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and facilitating meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are organized and distributed in advance
- Managing correspondence and communication on behalf of the Directors, drafting emails, memos, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining confidential files, documents, and databases, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility for the Directors
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing research, analysis, and administrative support to drive successful outcomes
- Working with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, vendors, and partners, with professionalism and discretion
- Tracking expenses, reconciling receipts, and preparing expense reports promptly, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Minimum 4+ years of Assistant experience with excellent diary management and travel coordination experience
- Experience supporting director level executives
- Passion and interest in working within Technology
