This is a fixed term contract role to support a Senior LEadership Team.
The role will involve the following duties.
- Support the team with all aspects of communication
- Attend team and company meeting to celebrating success
- Assist with Governance - support Chief Officers, SLT, Manager and monthly meetings
- Forward meeting plans, agendas, minutes and diary invites, charters, board packs, attendance records to wider team as required
- Assist with Corporate Governance - review policy and procedure in order to provide recommendations
- Line management of 2 team members to offer guidance and support
- Assist with gap analysis and plans to achieve ISO9001
- Produce reports on HR, Health & Safety, Finance, Systems and Governance
You will need to be immediately available and commit to a fixed term contract.
