We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support an outstanding Professional Services organisation. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, managing day–to–day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.Act as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence and communication.Prepare and organise materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary details are in place.Conduct research and compile data to facilitate decision–making processes.Assist in project management and coordination of various tasks.Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive PA or similar role.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast–paced environment.Discretion and adaptability are essential.
