THE EA ROLE:
This role will be supporting senior team members. Duties will include:
- Complex diary management
- Inbox management
- International travel booking
- Expenses management
- Working across time zones
- Documents prep and management.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion. Having a muck in attitude, as well as a drive to expand one’s skillset will be beneficial, as are good communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of Italian, both speaking and literacy, is essential.
