We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Executive office of the CEO of an innovative and expanding global FinTech business on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA looking for a busy and challenging role, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the organisation.
This role is for 3-4 weeks to cover team holiday in March, and we are looking for candidates who are available at short notice to interview and start.
This role is office based and requires flexibility outside of your core working hours.
Key responsibilities:
• Inbox and calendar management – working across several time zones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, handling enquiries and relaying information
• Arranging complex global travel itineraries and logistics
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and discussions
• Provide out of hours support to the CEO and their family on both personal and business matters
• Act as a point of contact for the CEO, managing all communications on their behalf
Skills and experience:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite
• Highly organised and detail oriented
• Impeccable integrity and confidentiality management
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £25 - £30 per hour depending on experience
