Executive Assistant

Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their busy team for 6 months.

The role will include:

• Organising and summarising high-level papers and reports
• Providing full support to the Exec team, and others when needed.
• Supporting delivery of business-wide administration projects.

The right candidate will need:

• Minimum of one years’ experience in an Executive Assistant position or similar
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, and able to prioritise tasks and complete them in a timely manner
• Experience of Microsoft Office programmes
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Hours

Full time or part time hours would be considered but the candidate would need to be able to work a minimum of 4 days across the week (school hours would be fine)

Salary

£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
