WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This is a face-paced role where you will be responsible for flawlessly supporting the administration around the recruitment process. Alongside providing direct EA support to the Partner, Senior Consultants and client communications.
Day to day duties include:
- Extensive diary management
- Scheduling interview review sessions with clients and candidates
- Preparation of client documentation
- Proof reading documents
- Data input of confidential information
- Providing training on the CRM system to new team members
- Scheduling on-site, Microsoft Teams & phone meetings across multiple time zones
- Attending meetings, making notes and following up
- Travel coordination
- Event planning and organisation
- Preparing PowerPoints for presentations
WHO YOU ARE:
You will be the type of person who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to wok unsupervised and be self-motivated.
Requirements:
- 2/3+ years’ experience in a professional environment
- Confident using all Microsoft Office platforms
- Degree or equivalent
- Extremely organised, pay high attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Proven ability to schedule complex appointments across multiple time zones
- Experience working with databases ideally
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Flexibility to work outside of business hours
