What We Offer
- A competitive salary, between £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience).
- A flexible hybrid working pattern. There is a requirement to attend our London City office , with the remaining three days working from home. Additionally, team members also often come into the office for meetings, training or collaborative activities and there is a significant amount of collaborative working via Teams.

Your Role
We require a Personal Assistant to play a crucial role in delivering efficiency across our company. In addition to supporting key members of our leadership (the firm’s partners and executives), you will be involved in (and contribute to) many of the core processes across the business including sales, operations, finance and HR administration,.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We believe this is a perfect role for a proactive, resourceful candidate that is able to work independently and thrives in a fast-paced growth business environment.
The successful candidate will get exposure to a wide variety of high profile clients, working with a passionate and knowledgeable leadership team and have the opportunity to learn and develop on the job. The role will involve the following key areas of responsibility:
Executive support
- Management of email and schedules for the firm’s various executives to prioritise and deal with matters in a timely manner.
- Attend internal meetings with or on behalf of partners- dealing with actions and following up to completion.
- Manage the prompt collection and submission of expenses for partners
- Diary/schedule management, working externally and internally to secure client interviews alongside wider time commitments.
- Organise and prioritise actions for partners if required.
Sales Support
- Support the partner in outreach to prospective clients scheduling meetings and undertaking any other communication required to win new business.
- Attend Sales meetings where required. Administering, tracking and ensuring actions are completed.
- Ensure the Sales CRM (Hubspot) is maintained and accurate to reflect opportunities assigned to partners.
Client Delivery Support
- Work closely with partners and the delivery team to ensure key tasks are actioned.
- Assist with client engagement letters and other client set-up as required.
- Format client reports in Word or PowerPoint as needed, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Arrange post-delivery follow up meetings with partner and clients. Note arising actions and following up as required.
- Support finance with questions in relation to invoicing as required.
About you
We are looking for candidates with proven experience as a Personal Assistant working across numerous executives in an environment that has a high-level of external interaction.
The following attributes are essential for the role:
- Exceptional expertise of the Microsoft suite, particularly Word, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills, including excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- You take pride in your attention to detail. You may even be a bit obsessive about it!
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional O365 microsoft suite experience, including technical aspects of Word and PowerPoint
- Strong team player that thrives working in a collaborative environment (despite our hybrid working we do not work in silos)
- Takes initiative to seek new work or resolve issues.
The following attributes are highly desirable for the role:
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant in a professional services environment
- Experience or familiarity working with Sales CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
- Client focused approach that demonstrates client engagement and ability to organise meeting effectively
- Experience conducting sales activity (prospecting and business development) on behalf of executives
- Experience of submitting expenses and using Xero
