This is an incredible opportunity for an EA and Office Manager who is looking for their next step up in their career. You would be the sole support for the office and would be the real 'go to' for everything that the team of 5 in the office may require. You would be providing Executive Assistant support to the Co-Founder of the firm as well as supporting the rest of the team with ad-hoc administrative requests and handling all the office management for the office.
The company is a growing Private Equity firm who has offices both in London and the US and is looking for someone to support the London office in an administrative capacity as well as help build and contribute to the culture of the office. The ideal Executive Assistant / Office Manager would have a positive attitude and be a dynamic and energetic presence in the office. The firm invests into climate-focussed companies which is something the team is passionate about and they would love to have someone join them who shares their values.
THE ROLE:
- EA support to Co-Founder (including diary, travel, expenses)
- Lighter support to the rest of the team
- Being the go-to contact for any office-related issues including building management
- Sourcing, ordering, and maintaining office supplies and snacks
- Organising team events and socials
