Our client, a highly reputable organisation based in Princes Risborough, is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the CEO, Senior Executives and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executives in a professional manner
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate and manage various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Assist with the preparation of board reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Maintain effective communication channels across the organisation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive approach
- Professional and personable demeanour, with the ability to handle complex situations diplomatically
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
