Executive Assistant, 13 month FTC, up to £63,000, The City

A global financial services firm is looking for a proactive EA to support in a 1:2 role, based in the City. They are looking for a highly experienced EA to support a super successful, welcoming team who have high standards. The pace is extremely fast so they require an EA who can work quickly with a meticulous attention to detail. Diaries and travel plans are constantly changing so you need to be on the ball at all times and be flexible.

Duties include:

• Complex and extensive diary management, working across time zones, frequently handling schedule conflicts
• Extensive global travel with detailed itineraries
• Inbox management
• Creation of documents and reports across Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Coordinating NDA processes
• CRM administration
• Roadshow planning and events logistics
• Liaising with Marketing on deal announcements

Requirements:

• EA experience within the private equity / finance industry is essential
• Experience supporting within an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrable ability to find creative solutions
• Calm under pressure, highly discreet with a flexible approach
• Proactive, friendly personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude

This role will pay up to £63k (DOE) and a hybrid working structure. This is a 13 month FTC commencing late May/ early June.
