Executive Assistant, 13 month FTC, up to £63,000, The City
A global financial services firm is looking for a proactive EA to support in a 1:2 role, based in the City. They are looking for a highly experienced EA to support a super successful, welcoming team who have high standards. The pace is extremely fast so they require an EA who can work quickly with a meticulous attention to detail. Diaries and travel plans are constantly changing so you need to be on the ball at all times and be flexible.
Duties include:
- Complex and extensive diary management, working across time zones, frequently handling schedule conflicts
- Extensive global travel with detailed itineraries
- Inbox management
- Creation of documents and reports across Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Coordinating NDA processes
- CRM administration
- Roadshow planning and events logistics
- Liaising with Marketing on deal announcements
Requirements:
- EA experience within the private equity / finance industry is essential
- Experience supporting within an entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrable ability to find creative solutions
- Calm under pressure, highly discreet with a flexible approach
- Proactive, friendly personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude
This role will pay up to £63k (DOE) and a hybrid working structure. This is a 13 month FTC commencing late May/ early June.
