Executive Assistant/ PA to the Academy Leadership TeamSalary SCP 22-26 £31,364 - 34,834Full Time (Part-Time as a job-share and term-time may also be available on discussion)Permanent positionStart: ImmediateClosing Date: Monday 29th January 2024 at 9am.We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join Oasis Academy Brislington. Is this you?We have an Academy Leadership Team comprising of an Acting Head of School and six Assistant Principals. As EA to theLeadership Team you will be responsible for:• Diary management and scheduling.• Document presentation and collation.• Preparation and co-ordination of correspondence.• Organisation of meetings, including circulation of agendas, materials and minute-taking.• First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.• Line management of the Academy reception Team, Reprographics Team and General Admin Office (currently 8 staff).Our Leadership Team is hard working and high performing, with great team spirit and a sense of humour. As EA you will pay a fundamental role in the Leadership Team, supporting and enabling them to deliver on their strategic objectives.Prior experience of working in a school would be advantageous but not essential – above all we are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative, with willingness to help, attention to detail, high level of discretion, patience and a positive mindset.
