Execute Chef – NYC, NY

Salary: $120,000+ (Competitive)

Our client is a well-known hospitality group within with a variety of trendy concepts.
They are looking to hire a passionate Executive Chef to help with 2 new restaurant openings located in a hotel in NYC! The New Openings will focus on modern American cuisine.
If you have 3+ years experience as an Executive Chef, menu development and experience opening a new restaurant, this could be your next exciting challenge!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the restaurant’s culinary operations including food safety regulations, staff management and cost controls
• Hire, train, develop and oversee employees
• Ensure efficient preparation, plating, and service of food
• Menu Development

Key Competencies /Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years in an Executive Chef role
• Experience opening a new restaurant
• Demonstrate positive leadership and mentorship
• A track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• An eye for detail and a commitment to quality
