Full Time Contract ( 1 year and 5 months long)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Executive Support Lead / Executive Assistant based in Sutton. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours.
Responsibilities include:

• Act as the first point of contact for the Chief Executive's office dealing efficiently and effectively with high level enquiries
• Manage all case work for the Chief Executive, including complaints and FOI's
• Build strong working relationships with the Corporate Management Team (CMT) and work closely with the CMT support to ensure all briefings are completed in a timely fashion
• Diarise all Corporate Management Team meetings and ensure agendas are issued in a timely fashion
• Be a loggist for when the Chief Executive in emergencies and for London Local Authority Gold Operations

Experience and skills required:

• At least 5 years of Executive Assistant / PA experience
• Previous experience working within a public sector
• Background working in a political environment is preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workflows
