Key requirements
Driving problem-solving activities in issue investigation forums by working with cross functional teams to establish root causes and ensure corrective/preventive actions are generated and closed.
Analysing customer and operational quality issues to identify trends and drive improvements in product and process quality.
Conducting internal process audits to drive improvements which comply with business processes and ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
Leading and driving supplier related quality issues resolution by closely working with manufacturing staff, engineering and suppliers.
Actively participating in the implementation of DC
- Strong process improvement background
- Practical knowledge of ISO9001:2008/2015– Product, Process and System auditing
- Knowledge of Quality Improvement Tools, Problem Solving Tools & Techniques
- IT Skills required for product data management, analysis and reporting. SAP, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Good communication and leadership skills.
