Our client located in Watford is recruiting for an Experienced Customer Service advisor.
You will be speaking to general public. You will be promoting / advising on the options on the services they available, leaving notes on the account, following up support the customer. You will be making outbound calls daily and working towards deadlines and meeting targets.
You will need to have strong communication skills, confident speaker, IT skills, very positive mindset and solve problems.
You will have to cover Covering shifts 8am - 8pm Monday - Saturday and 9am - 5pm
Sunday. Office based role leading to hybrid role. 37.5 hour week, paying you 26k to 27k.
