Experienced Management Accountant

They're based in Solihull and have ease of access from the local train station. They're looking for an individual who has experience with budgeting and forecasting alongside producing Management Accounts.

The role has come about due to a recent expansion of the team, and they are looking for an Experienced Management Accountant to hit the ground running. Some of the duties expected will be to produce the management accounts for the CFO, this will include posting journals such as accruals and prepayments, completing reconciliation's on both the bank and balance sheet and working on the P&L and producing comprehensive reports. As an experienced individual, your opinion and thoughts will be valued and heard, you will be directly involved with meetings with senior stakeholders including the CFO, and you will be producing the budgeting and forecasting for the organisation. There are some real avenues for progression here, and you will be rewarded for your efforts.

• To have experience producing management accounts in your career, as an Experienced Management Accountant it is key for you to hit the ground running. There will be room for training and development, but it is important to have a key understanding.
• To have been involved with the budgeting process on a strong level, this will be an integral part of the role and will be crucial for you to have this prior experience.
• To be charismatic and confident, you will be directly involved with meetings and conversations with senior stakeholders, it is important to be able to communicate in a manner which is effective and efficient.
• This role will involve you occasionally travelling around the local area, speaking to different branches of the organisation, this is subsidised but will require you to have a full driving license and personal vehicle.
