The opportunity has arisen for Silsden Primary School to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join our teaching team in either EYFS or Year 1. The role is suitable for either an ECT or more experienced teacher. Candidates should set out their relevant skills and experience for the role and their preferred year group within the application.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has high expectations of pupils, themselves and others
• Has a good understanding and working knowledge of approaches to teaching pupils in EYFS /Y1 including Phonics.   
• Can demonstrate that children have made very good progress as a result of their teaching. 
• Is an excellent and dedicated team player with strong interpersonal skills  
• Has ambition and is dedicated to supporting all children to thrive in learning.
• Loves teaching and has a positive outlook about the profession
