Facilities Administrator
Salary: 30-32k DOE
Location: Medway
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Start Date: ASAP
My Exclusive client based in Medway is looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator. You will be managing a range of clients and ensuring that all maintenance is completed. You will be booking in works and jobs, while ensuring you are meeting compliance regulations. Processing jobs onto the system and ensuring the job runs smoothly.
Duties of Facilities Administrator:
- Managing the inbox and CRM to ensure all jobs that have come in overnight have been uploaded onto the system.
- Communicating with clients through all avenues of communication to understand priority, the job itself and to build relationships.
- Process jobs onto the system and ensure job tickets are closed down when completed.
- Liaising with engineers who are onsite and booking in the works.
- Collecting job reports from engineers and checking over works that have been completed.
- Using your initiative to price up works and maximise profits where can be and close the job down.
- Generating invoices onto Zero.
- Adhere to compliance regulations for audit.
Experience of the Facilities Administrator
- Experience in the utilities industry required.
- Experience working closely with client accounts.
- Expert as building strong relationships with clients.
- Experience scheduling and working with engineers.
- Ability to use a CRM system.
- Experience pricing up works and quotations.
- Experience adhering to compliance regulations.
