Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to present a fantastic new role for a Facilities Assistant within Oxford.
The successful candidate would have the opportunity to join the Oxford office of a fantastic legal company. The candidate would benefit from working in company that prides themselves on the varieties of services they can offer their clients whilst maintaining their professionalism and enthusiasm in the work they do.
Candidate responsibilities:
- Ensuring all queries receive the correct attention and are resolved in a timely manner.
- Carry out procurement and placement of goods and services.
- Liaising with staff to ensure the effective running of the business.
- Ordering equipment for the offices.
- Carrying our Health and Safety inductions and fire risk assessments.
- Assisting the Facilities Manager.
- Working to ensure all Health and Safety compliance and systems are in place and maintained.
- General administration and support work is completed to the highest standard.
Personal and Professional Experience:
- Customer service and communication skills are key.
- Previous experience in a Facilities Assistant role would be ideal.
- The ability to work on own initiative and work well under pressure is key.
