Facilities Manager

Overview of the Role

Are you an experienced Operations or Facilities Manager, with experience in a mixed-use or shopping centre environment? This role could be for you! With the opportunity one of the largest property management companies in the UK, you could be the new Operations Manager of a shopping centre that is due to be demolished. The preferred is a 9-month contract with the possibility of it to role afterwards.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Manage contractors in hard & soft services to ensure the highest level of customer service onsite.
• Support & liaise with tenants and external stakeholders, including those handling the demolition.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance onsite.

The right candidate will be:

• Experienced in managing security, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
• Skilled budgeting and administrative work.
• A strong communicator with knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, preferably IOSH qualified.
