Facilities Manager

Owen Reed is looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of all office services whilst managing all planned and reactive works to ensure the premises are safe, well maintained and operate in compliance with all relevant regulations. The role will include line management of the Facilities Assistant, General Office team and Records Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate office space use efficiently.
• Manage maintenance activities and repairs.
• Implement security measures and conduct safety inspections.
• Oversee utility services and explore energy-saving initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
• Promote environmental sustainability practices.
• Manage the facilities budget.
• Collaborate with other departments on facility-related projects.
