SalaryOur client is looking for a number of Field Care Supervisor roles, to take up a full-time position completing assessments and reviews of their service users. The Field Care Supervisors will also be part of an on-call rota.
Your responsibilities of Field Care Supervisorwill include:
- Visit clients to conduct initial assessments / care plan / review
- Conduct on the job training with care staff
- Audit MAR charts and medication checks - Lead and support the carers
- Support recruitment fayre and open days
- Working on an on-call rota system
- Start care packages / cover calls
- Office administration
- Support with staff inductions
- Field spot checks
- Coordinate service delivery
The Successful Candidate
- Must have minimum of 1-year experience within domiciliary care setting
- Experienced Field Care Supervisor
- Eligibility to work in UK
- 2 Employment References within the last 3 years
- Clear DBS check
- Driving licence and access to own car
