Field Care Supervisor

Our client is looking for a number of Field Care Supervisor roles preferably female in various locations, to take up a full-time position completing assessments and reviews of their service users. The Field Care Supervisors will also be part of an on-call rota.

Your responsibilities of Field Care Supervisor will include:

• Visit clients to conduct initial assessments / care plan / review
• Conduct on the job training with care staff
• Audit MAR charts and medication checks - Lead and support the carers
• Support recruitment fayre and open days
• Working on an on-call rota system
• Start care packages / cover calls
• Office administration
• Support with staff inductions
• Field spot checks
• Coordinate service delivery

The Successful Candidate

• Must have minimum of 1-year experience within domiciliary care setting
• Experienced Field Care Supervisor
• Eligibility to work in UK
• 2 Employment References within the last 3 years
• Clear DBS check
• Driving licence and access to own car
