Field Care Supervisor

Nexgen Locum are recruiting for a client in Chelmsford for a Field Care Supervisor role on a Permanent Placement.

The role will be to support and assist the Manager, and deputise for the manager in their absence.

Maintain standards and assist in the formulation and implementation of care policies and procedures.

Create client and carer monthly rota's and send out.

To increase new business.

Deal with paperwork relating to sickness/accident or injury.

To create a positive working environment for all employees with an open door policy for any issues raised to be dealt with.

On call rota will be in place.

Will need the following:

• Driving licence and own vehicle for client visits.
• NVQ3 Health and Social Care.
• 2 Years' experience as a Senior Carer.

Salary: 21000 to 24000 depending on experience.

Will also be mileage allowance at 40p per mile for client visits and assessments.
