We are working with a Logistics company seeking a Filing Clerk to join their team on a part time basis.
The role will be working 3 days per week.
Responsibilities;
- Organise and maintain office records accurately.
- Streamline document filing process
- Ensuring files and paper are in required locations
- Ensure records of filed documents are maintained
- Organise and archive any records and documents
- Use numerical systems to organise paper and electronic record documents
- Process requests for files and data
- Perform data entry tasks
- Responsible for taking original paperwork to HMRC customs office
Skills Required;
- Experience working in a office environment
- Administration skills
- Good attention to details
- Filing systems knowledge
- Own driving license
- Excellent communication skills
