Finance and Contracts Administrator at DSR Global Ltd.
DSR Global are a specialist tech recruitment agency seeking an administrator to support the Finance & Contracts Managers.
Finance
Assist the Finance Manager with monthly invoicing (inbound and outbound) including checking timesheets and Purchase Orders (see above) and raising invoices.
Liaison with contractors with regard to:
- Invoicing instructions
- Payment schedules, queries, etc.
- Manual and repetitive transactional invoicing
Assisting the Finance Manager with recording financial data such as new deals, perm placements, extensions.
Contracts and Data
Assisting the Contracts Manager with:
- Compliance checks and reference requests on candidates.
- Drafting contractsand logging
- Sending contracts to contractors and clients via AdobeSign.
- Logging status of contracts and chasing for signatures.
- Filing contracts and other documents electronically.
- Check Runners list on regular basis and update with new runners and take off those finished.
- Chasing clients for Purchase Orders and logging for use when invoicing.
Working Week
Part-time - office based - approx. 24hrs over 4-5 days.

Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have:
- High level of accuracy with outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Experience in finance administration
- Minimum 6 months experience in purchase ledger/AP and credit control/AR
- Minimum 6 months experiencein foreign currency
- Excellent Excel and Word skills essential (ability will be assessed during interview process)
- Experience using accounting software beneficial (DSR Global currently use Sage 50)
