Finance Administrator based on the outskirts of Cullompton, Devon
Salary: GBP12.05ph / GBP23,500 pro rata
Type: Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover - February 24 - January 25), Part-Time - 22.5 hours per week
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the finance manager with routine finance tasks to ensure the company meets its financial obligations.
- Overseeing the regular batch processing of dispatched orders into sales and invoices, updating main ledgers through established procedures to confirm that all orders are invoiced.
- Assisting with accounting administration duties.
- Maintaining accurate records, both digitally and physically.
- Assisting with reconciliation of supplier statements, dealing with discrepancies to ensure full and complete records.
- Using emails, the phones, and face-to-face conversation to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Assisting with data input of invoices.
- Taking on other responsibilities as required, where necessary.
