COMPANY PROFILE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client who specialise in the insurance industry. They are seeking a reliable, proactive Finance Administrator to join their team and assist in setting up new finance agreements.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Positive attitude
- Strong client relationship-building skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up new financial agreements
- Coordinate payments for direct debit
- Handle incoming client calls and address their inquiries
- Process reports promptly and accurately
- Ensure precise application of adjustments and payments to client agreements
- Timely dispatch of relevant correspondence
- Manage arrears reports and pursue payment from clients after cancellations
- Perform general administrative tasks
