🏙️ Location: Glasgow, UK

🕒 Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

💼 Salary: £12.63 per hour

Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic insurance company? Join us as an IBA Analyst in Glasgow and play a crucial role in our Accounts department.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing invoice listing reports and ensuring accuracy


• Identifying and settling payable commission accounts


• Uploading payments to banking platforms


• Resolving queries from our clients branches


• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations


• Managing payment request and query mailboxes


• Acting in accordance with our clients Professional Standards Manual

Qualifications:

• University degree preferred but not essential


• Previous experience in Accounts Payable function advantageous


• Familiarity with the Insurance industry beneficial

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent customer service skills


• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines


• Proficient in MS Office applications


• Eligibility to work in the UK
