Job title: Financial Analyst for R&D and ISC
Responsibilities:
• Lead to keep enhancing ESS Asia R&D and ISC financial reporting mechanism
• Perform R&D and ISC expense analysis and projection.
• Support daily R&D and ISC operations, and provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Support monthly closing activities.
• Support ESS Asia BAP leaders on annual STRAP and AOP activities.
• Support and lead ad hoc projects across ESS Asia.
Qualifications:
• Solid background in finance/accounting.
• Strong analytic, integrative and problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with all levels person and good cross function collaboration.
• Strong business acumen, demonstrated business partnering skills.
• Results oriented with strong process improvement mindset
• Work well under challenge, high working pressure and tight schedule.
Skillset:
• English: good in reading and written; Listening and oral can be acceptable.
• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting, MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
• Working knowledge of SAP, HFM, Microsoft office, knowledge of pricing is a plus.
