Role overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant, the ideal candidate will support the financial department in day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial tasks.
Main Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements
- Carry out credit checks & open new customer accounts
- Assist with the processing of payroll and maintain payroll records
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Support the finance team in financial data analysis and reporting
- Handle general administrative tasks related to finance
The ideal candidate should:
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office package, and confident in their computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have experience within a similar role and environment
Having any financial qualifications i.e. Book Keeping would be beneficial however non essential.
This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
