Location: Liverpool
Position: Finance Assistant
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract: 6 months (with potential for permanent placement)
Hybrid Remote: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Contribute to Credit Control activities to ensure timely payments.
• Raising sales invoices and credit notes in a timely manner and to the agreed billing schedules.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Setting up and maintaining sales ledger accounts on to the Finance System.
• Ensuring accurate invoicing and swift resolution to queries.
• Debtor account reconciliations.
• Ensure all outstanding debts are pursued.
• Collecting cash utilising reminders and regular contact with customers via telephone, emails, and letters.
• Assisting with processing and accurate allocation of receipts and reconciliation of unallocated cash.
