Location: Liverpool
Position: Finance Assistant
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract: 6 months (with potential for permanent placement)
Hybrid Remote: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Contribute to Credit Control activities to ensure timely payments.
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes in a timely manner and to the agreed billing schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Setting up and maintaining sales ledger accounts on to the Finance System.
- Ensuring accurate invoicing and swift resolution to queries.
- Debtor account reconciliations.
- Ensure all outstanding debts are pursued.
- Collecting cash utilising reminders and regular contact with customers via telephone, emails, and letters.
- Assisting with processing and accurate allocation of receipts and reconciliation of unallocated cash.
