Global CTS is working with a world leading company based in Wheatley they are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for a variety of transaction processing such as sales invoices, purchase invoices, posting bank payments and handling customer account queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Purchase invoice verification and processing
- Raising sales invoices relating to sales orders
- Posting bank/card/e-commerce transactions
- Involvement in Accruals and Prepayments journal posting
- Working closely with Logistics and Sales teams and supporting sales team in field with customer queries
- Expense claim checking and processing
- Corporate Credit card reconciliation
- Direct Debit set up
- Daily use of company CRM, NetSuite and Excel
- Assisting with month-end preparation
- Credit Control of distributors
- Involvement in maintaining process notes & ISO procedures
Key Skills/Qualifications
- Basic general accounting knowledge
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
- Confident telephone manner
- Good Excel skills
- Knowledge of CRM and Financial Systems
- AAT desirable
- Experience in office and accounting functions
