Finance Assistant

Juice is delighted to be working with an exciting, Bath-based company on a unique new role. This organisation has a renowned reputation in a global community for being the best at what they do.

At present this role is at Finance Level, however the role could expand in remit and we would envisage the right candidate taking on increased responsibility once regular duties had been mastered.

You’d be working with the Chartered Accountant and the design team to assist with the financial aspects of customer projects.

This role could be offered with 1 day per week home working.

DAY TO DAY:

• Processing and raising invoices
• Querying and inputting supplier invoices into Xero
• Processing credit card transactions
• Ensure correct allocations of all transactions to the correct project code
• Reconcile all credit card transactions with relevant receipts attached on a weekly basis via  Xero
• Track and communicate client payments
• Clearly and regularly communicate project account status to accountant with reporting lists and reminders
• Follow up any issues/queries with suppliers
• Process commission invoices and communicate with suppliers
• Approve staff expenses on a monthly basis
• Help the accountant with administrative duties
• Ad-hoc duties as delegated to support overall running of business

• Good communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial matters in.
