We need from you:
- Previous experience as a Finance Assistant is essential, working within property finance would be desirable but not essential
- Exposure/experience using Qube would be desirable but not essential
- You must have had previous experience in: VAT Returns, Bank Reconciliation and Invoicing
- You will need to be fluent in Microsoft Excel and have exceptional math skills
- Dedicated work ethic
- Be able to communicate with high-net-worth individuals
- Client care needs to be in your DNA
You’ll never be bored as you’ll be….
- Collecting service charges, ground rent and any other payments due for the building
- Supporting the Estate Manager with administrative tasks, minutes on AGM’s etc…
- Overseeing parking permits and rental agreements for additional spaces
- Preparing VAT spreadsheet for accountant
- Bank reconciliation
- Invoice payments & general banking
- Front of house management and office supplies
- CRM database management
