Finance Assistant

Kenton Black Finance are supporting a business based in Preston who have been operating for over 40 years. The company strives to maintain excellent levels of service nurturing personal relationships, as well as priding themselves in quick response times owing to their strong ties with a dedicated portfolio They are now recruiting for a Finance Assistant to work on a full-time and permanent basis. Working on a hybrid basis is an option once you are fully trained.
Your new job as the Finance Assistant:
• To create and post rent and service charge invoices.
• To manage and input supplier invoices.
• To prepare reports and reconciliation.
• To support the management team.
• To assist with debtor reporting and reducing aged debts.
• To support the statutory accounts production.
• Produce client reports.
• Produce tenant statements.
Experience required to apply:
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
• An adaptable and flexible approach to work.
• Fast learner.
• A professional telephone manner.
• Self-starter
• Excellent computer skills (especially the use of Excel).
• Sage and other accounting software an advantage.
