Temp Finance Assistant
Office working full-time in Bromsgrove
Working hours 9am-5:00pm
Hourly rate: £12.80 per hour with weekly pay
Temp contract ongoing with long term options potentially available
Our company is seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual to join our clients team as a Temporary Finance Assistant to cover leave. If you have any finance experience including credit control or purchase ledger, this could be the role for you!
Temp Finance Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients for timely payment.
- Maintaining accurate records of outstanding debts.
- Processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
Temp Finance Assistant - Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in credit control and purchase ledger roles or finance administration.
- Familiarity with finance systems; experience with Sage is a beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
