Description
· Processing of invoices through three-way match
· Working with Supply Chain & Stores to resolve matching issues.
· Inter-Company Reconciliations.
· Balance Sheet reconciliations.
· Weekly clearing of RTV's against GRNI.
· Preparation of Supplier Payments.
· Applications of Credit Notes to match out RTV's.
· Prepares supplier statement reconciliations.
· Monitors supplier evaluations.
· Maintains and updates policies and procedures.
· General accounting duties.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proficient knowledge of financial and accounting software applications, knowledge of Great Plains Dynamics system would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team
