Hays are working with a local client based in Kempston that require a Finance Assistant to join them for an ASAP start a 3 month temporary assignment.
Your new role
This role will involve providing financial and administrative support to the finance team, including processing invoices and all income and expenditure,
Inputting transactions into the financial system, updating of the financial records and maintaining office supplies.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will have experience within a Finance team working knowledge of Purchase Ledger processes, a good level of Excel and spreadsheet knowledge, excellent attention to details and written verbal and communication skills.
What you'll get in return
This is a 3 month temp role, Monday to Friday, office based, for 30 hours per week.
Parking on site, good team environment.
Rates of Pay £13.24 per hour including holiday pay
