Finance Business Partner

This role has been identified to support the commercial performance and the acquisition of businesses. You will play a key role in driving profitability and ensuring the long-term financial success of this forward-thinking organization.

Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and provide valuable financial insights will be critical in helping to make informed business decisions against their strategic goals.

Key duties will include:

- Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with strategic objectives

- Maintaining accurate and timely data sets on the commercial performance of the business

- Mining data sources and looking for trends and variances

- Developing and maintaining financial models to assess business opportunities

- Communicating findings with the Senior Management Team

- Working closely with the marketing team to understand each other’s requirements to aid business development

- Providing financial analysis and insights to support pricing decisions, contract negotiations and cost-saving initiatives

- Supporting the financial planning and forecasting process, to include budget preparation and variance analysis

- Monitoring and managing financial risks and recommending appropriate strategies to mitigate them

- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

- Ad hoc project work as required

The Person:

- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)

- Detail-oriented, analytical and with excellent communication skills

- Proven experience in a similar role

- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
