Henderson Brown is excited to be working alongside a prominent beauty and cosmetics manufacturer who is actively seeking a versatile and results-oriented Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their Finance team at the Distribution Centre in Harlow. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role presents a unique opportunity for pure Business Partnering, collaborating closely with various internal and external stakeholders underpinned by a commitment to sustainability and beauty.
Roles and responsibilities but not limited to
Periodic Planning and Reporting:
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and 3- and 5-year business plans.
* Distribute monthly management accounts with insightful commentary.
Strategic Analysis:
* Model new initiatives and present comprehensive business cases.
* Conduct Suitability, Feasibility, and Acceptability analysis.
* Calculate ROI, IRR, and Payback for proposed initiatives.
Decision Support:
* Provide strategic insights to support senior management decision-making.
* Prepare ad hoc reports as required.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Business Partnering with Senior stakeholders, retail experience and experience working within distribution or logistics.
Candidates must also hold a CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualification.
