About the Role
Liverpool City Council on behalf of the Active Partnership Team at MSP (Merseyside Sport Partnership) are looking for a Finance, Compliance & Operations Officer to join the team.
MSP is one of 43 Active Partnerships across England working strategically to embed movement, physical activity and sport as a way of improving people’s lives across the Liverpool City Region with an equal, diverse and inclusive approach. Read more about us in our strategy.
You’ll need to be a dynamic person with a positive ethos, committed to providing excellent service. You will work as part of a small team and be required to use your own initiative with minimal supervision.

As part of your role you will be:
Raising purchase orders
Processing invoices
Reconciling budgets
Preparing grant funding compliance
Planning, organising and coordinating meetings (online and face to face) including preparing agendas, distributing papers, taking and distributing minutes
Providing administrative support for the team
Providing support in the management of office accommodation and supplies
