Finance Manager

As Finance Manager you will support the Finance Director in providing a confidential and customer focused finance service to the organisation and assist the Company and Group in achieving their Corporate objectives..

Qualified Accountant either Chartered, Certified or CIMA

5 years relevant experience within an accounting environment

Experience of working with accounting packages.

Experience in dealing with corporate entities, commercial businesses and consumers

Experience of preparing Statutory Accounts

Experience of Budgeting and Forecasting

Leadership skills with a proven track record of leading, inspiring and motivating employees

Excellent communication skills

IT Literate particularly with Microsoft Excel

High standard of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised.

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work as part of a dedicated team

A professional and flexible approach is required

Ability to process high volumes of data with speed and accuracy

Experience with account procedures, aged debt ledgers, reconciliation etc.

Strong understanding of Corporate Tax framework for UK

Cash management and cashflow forecasting

Knowledge and experience of Sage
